Role Responsibilities:
- Able to Handle Hight Speed six color Flexo Printer on line folder gluer.
- Able to mix and match water-based ink shade.
- Able to run six color Flexo casemaker printing machine at maximum speed (300 PCS/Min) continuously to achieve maximum machine efficiency.
- Knowledge of 5S and quality Management system.
- Able to lead team for Autonomous maintenance.
- Good team member and who can Train and guide team.
- Computer knowledge MS office and Excel.
- Understand OEE concept will be added advantage.
- Able to set new Six color job within 30 Min.
- Fault finding and Machine maintenance with maintenance team.
- Flexo plate mounting knowledge will be added advantage
Experience and Qualification:
- 8 years relevant experience in Flexo Printing form Corrugated Cartons
- Diploma in Printing Technology or related qualifications.
Compensation & Expat Benefits:
Savings Potential: Upto $1000 to $1200 per month based on the experience plus (offshore net savings shall be paid on a quarterly basis to candidate’s designated account)
Variable Component: As per company policy
Local Allowance: Ghana Cedi 5800 paid on Monthly basis as per company policy.
Visa Status: Bachelor Status
Accommodation: Fully Furnished and company provided shared accommodation as per policy
Transport: company provided shared car and driver as per policy
Medical: At actuals and as per policy
Minimum Service Period: 24 months
Leave: 30 Calendar days per annum, airfare every 24 months
