About the Role: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Analytics Manager to join our Human Resources team in Ghana. This role will be pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making across HR functions, with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, and a solid background in HR data analysis and dashboard reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits Head to support strategic HR initiatives through data insights.
- Manage and analyze HR master data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for leadership and business stakeholders.
- Provide insights on payroll trends, compensation structures, and workforce analytics.
- Support SAP and SuccessFactors implementation and optimization projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to HR data.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Human Resource Management or MBA with HR specialization.
- 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Payroll, Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP and SuccessFactors (end-user and/or implementation experience preferred).
- Proven expertise in HR data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Experience working with HR master data and systems integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced Excel and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of HR metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
